Lindsay Lohan

Bill CosbyBill Cosby is a monolithic influence on the 20th and 21st century with his comedy, which is some of the most accessible on the planet. As ..... Lindsay Lohan takes the exposure quite well, I think. As a high profile young actress, Lindsay Lohan is pictured in numerous poses, is described in numerous scenarios, and is likened to and paired with numerous other celebs. But Lindsay doesn’t cave. What I find remarkable about her, that is, is her countenance: in every picture she is smiling a beautiful smile, apparently undaunted by whatever caption the rags are about to paste below or next to her pic.
In one mag, in a feature photo spread of celebs who have succeeded or failed in maintaining a healthy weight, Lindsay Lohan is depicted looking over her shoulder at the photogs…smiling.
In another magazine, in a section of recaps of 2005, Lindsay is the centerfold photo, bedecked in sun dress and brimmed sun hat, waving (and thereby showing her self tanning residues, which is what the focus in for this caption) and…smiling.
In the same month, another mag features Lindsay in a two-paged spread, the emphasis on—as is typical—her wardrobe. The theme is how she changed clothes twice in one night…on three different nights, at the American music Awards, at VH-1’s “Big in ‘05”, and at the premiere of King Kong. In every single one of the six comparative photos (Lindsay in Dior, Lindsay in Gucci, Lindsay in Oscar de la Renta, in Azzaro, in Donna Karan and Michael Kors), she is smiling some degree of a smile.
Britney Spears FantasySo America’s favorite little pop star has a second perfume out now. You’ve probably heard of it, its being advertised all over the television, radio and in magazines. It is ..... And in the first pages of one celebrity magazine, quoted on her opinion of how good looking—or appealing--Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are, the inset photo of her shows yet another over-the-shoulder pose (this time in short dark hair and a sort of gown), looking upward, and…smiling. Or smirking, actually, which I find even more impressive. (Is the joke on us')
This may seem a pithy emphasis on my part, but then again, there is something to be said for the star who is hounded, trailed, sought after, and depicted in any candid pose or setting or condition the paparazzi can get their lenses on. It is not unusual to see photos of celebrities in various states of undress, in blooper moments, in emotional states or at times of day when any human would be caught unawares—just waking up, jogging, coming out of strong tide, etc.. So it is to Lindsay Lohan’s credit that she is either always “on”, is unaffected, or is very good at dodging the paparazzi at any time other than when she is at her best, looking her best, and in her best of moods—smiling all the way to the bank.
Andy Warhol PicturesDepending upon who we are, how we came up, where we come from, and what delights us, Andy Warhol .....
